Very useful and helpful app for a pregnant lady

As soon as I am done with it, sweat start falling off my head. It really works. Its super easy and really fast, feeling is great after doing it.

Perfect

I was lifting and working out all the time before I got pregnant. I am now close to the end of my 2nd trimester and felt that I was getting too out of shape. This app is the perfect amount of exercise. Its timed and gives you a suggested number of reps which gives you a goal if you cant make it the first time. Plus there are many different types of workouts. Fantastic.

Amazing must-have app for pregnant women

I was looking for workouts (other than only yoga or Pilates) to add to my running routine during this pregnancy. This app is perfect! Great moves and 20 minutes is ideal for my schedule.

Best App for Pregnancy Workout at Home!

Amazing, simple, user-friendly, sufficient, free, bright, just the best app for pregnant ladies to use for exercise at home! Start (and end) with 5 min stretch, then choose one of 20 min workouts for the 1st, 2nd or 3rd trimester. Easy-to-follow video or detailed instructions available before every 30 sec exercise. Definitely recommend to all levels! Many thanks to the developers!!!

Great app!

Ive tried a bunch of other (free) prenatal workout apps and this one is the best! Total body in 20 mins and different options for each trimester so you dont get bored. I try to do one everyday and also walk on the treadmill and its a fantastic combo!!

Excellent pregnancy workouts

Has 3 sets per trimester so you dont get bored with the routine. A great app to help you and your bambino! I highly recommend!

Perfectly put together

I never write reviews, however this app has taken me by surprise. So much that I had to write up a review. Fellow preggers... If you are looking for a well-balanced exercise routine that will stretch you and strengthen you in ways you body is able to move, you have found it! I love the pictures! They are easy to follow. You have plenty of rest and prep time in between moves. You wont get bored and sooner than you know it 20 mins will have gone by and you are feeling great! This is exactly what I have been looking for. Now if it only had a daily eating schedule, then it would be the complete healthy pregnancy routine. Have fun!

Enjoyable. Doable.

Ive had a pretty sedentary pregnancy. I had some heart issues early on and was unable to do much. As my due date approaches, I found this simple app that allows me to get work done, feel it and be proud that I got it accomplished. Simple. I will be purchasing the other apps to use after my bundle of joy comes.

Easy to use , simple workouts for at home , shows diagrams for all workouts . This will be my pregnancy guideline !

Not really free

I just did the first workout for the first trimester. It was great. But if I want any variety in workouts, I have to buy the full version. All the other reviews are really just reviews for the full version. It would be 5 out of 5 if it was actually free.

This app is awesome fir a quick yet challenging workout in the third trimester. Wish I wouldve find it sooner.

Gives just enough movement to keep you active and flexible.

No variety :-(

Good app overall. Perfect intensity. Easy to follow. My main complaint is the lack of variety. Even though there are "5" routines per trimester, each workout is essentially the same exercises in a different order. And there is no difference in exercises between trimesters! The entire app is basically 15 different versions of the exact same workout. With a little more variety, and maybe some changes each trimester, this would be perfect.

Love it

Ive only used this once so far and I did it right after a 30 minute walk. It was great. Nice pace so I dont want to die and good solid workouts that you can do at your own pace and level.
