I had gotten out of my exercise routine due to first tri morning sickness. This was just what I needed to kick start me back to fitness in month 5. Looking forward to staying healthy and active!
Short but productive workouts that got me moving while my son naps. I like how the graphic does the exercises with you so you know the pace and I like the countdown timer.

The path is too fast for pregnant women. The exercises are good otherwise.
This a good app for maybe a person who hasnt worked out in a while or looking for a light workout just to get the blood pumping. I enjoyed. I workout and it was not challenging but I did break a little sweat. The stretches were great for pregnancy aches too!

I love that it shows the steps before workout to prep you, love the timer on each exercise too! Also the fact that it gives you workouts based on trimester is awesome. Love this app!

I loved the workout. Its not too much and doesnt drain me. Perfect for a mom-to-be and moms.
This app is so easy to use! And I love how the workouts are adjusted to every stage of my pregnancy. 20 minutes is all I have in me these days.
Became pregnant with first child a couple of months ago and was lost as to what exercises I could do to stay in shape so I downloaded several apps. This is by the far the cleanest, easiest to understand, and user-friendly. The workouts are twenty minutes, so they work up a sweat and are just enough to get some energy back. Great job to the developers!
I like every exercise that it has, not that hard to follow. Im in my third trimester now but still loving it.

safe pregnancy exercises are very useful to all young pregnant woman. Happy to find this, keeps me active.
Did the 1st workout today and it was great....I feel good but hot but thats a good thing lol have fun with it
